so i recently watched madoka magica and couldn't help but compare/contrast it to orv... specifically two...certain people

here raphs color is red and mikeys is orange. the colors felt too mixed together and tied with their green skins i felt theyd look messy almost? So i used a blue underpaint to add in color contrast

Nobody asked but i wanted to talk about it a bit... when coloring im usually think of palettes, specyally formthe underpaint. So that i can make the piece be cohezie with harmony but still have enough hue contrast not to look muddy
