My first personal thought was Arcanine, some other ones I considered after looking through the Pokedex were Ursaluna (already proven to be rideable in Legends Arceus!), Steelix (mostly for the cool factor), and Dragapult (I don't know if it's corporeal enough but it looks fun!)
