Decided to do some exercises that were more strictly 5 minute studies. Trying to get myself to think about simplifying and being more confident with my colour choices.
The next set are all coastal studies because I like the sea.

Been doing a couple art exercises this morning, the first one being a simple shape, and playing with edges. The second is a photo study, applying what I learned as well as trying to play with color.

Some visual thinking exercises I made for school back in October. We were not allowed to look up any references for this. First is (obviously) the alphabet with random words, second are stickmen in various poses, and the third is my morning routine for when I go to school.

For the love of god, warm up. Not just warmup sketches but warmup your body. Make sure you eat, drink some water, have a good posture, are well rested, and have done some exercises your hands and arms. If your arm, wrist, or hand are hurting, STOP!
