@KirbyInformer The Friend Train is a direct reference to the Pupupu Train lineup, which was also developed for Kirby's 25th anniversary. The one in Star Allies is even roped together through some magical sparkle rope thing.

7. Kirby's 25th Anniversery is actually the picture I love totallly the most from all.
I'm glad that the only real characterisation for Gooey, in Kirby's Dream Land 2 and 3, is that his sprite turns into this in order to fight the final boss, and that's all the explanation you'll get.
