First finished drawing I did in csp. I say the colors are a success because I didn't need any flats, multiply and overlay layers.

Drew the Maternal Wrath (working on name), the Lunar Amplification of Mippness and Niella.

Rather than living inside her hair, the Shrimplings cluster up and become her hair. They are able to grow in size and multiply. Niella herself gets taller... which is cool I guess- https://t.co/fiCKHDDSDD

Foto 5- Joguei as cores bases.

I decided to try out them Layer Multiply trick I used for my comic on an ink traced drawing I did last year, which in of itself is based on a drawing i did in 2014. And here it is compared to the original.

jacket shading is just a desaturated blue on a separate multiply layer

a ref and a random piece I wanted to make! I tried a layer thing with the more complicated piece and it worked out well (The thing was multiply) so I'll be using that from now on!
Please don't judge I haven't really tried out the layer stuff such as multiply, except for darken-

on top of that, add another Multiply layer the same color of the shadow that covers the entirety of your character (adjust opacity as you like, my purple layers are all on 75% for the record). That will make the chara blend in their surroundings.

✨NOICE GLOWY EFFECT TUTORIAL✨

okay, so you got your flats and shadows done. the first thing you wanna make sure of is that your shadows are a cold color (in my case, purple) and preferably on Multiply mode.

some people use multiply to shade! I don’t use it tho, but I used to! it helps those who find a hard time picking colors to shade with!
(here I used orange + multiply to (poorly) shade toob)

And here's the Mothman, RUN!

Nah, it's just the shading in Normal type of layer, instead of multiply. Poor thing's got the pinkeye.

Using a combination of color, softlight, overlay and multiply adjustments layers on top of my value pass (left), I merge them and begin painting on a single layer (right).

My work seems to be multiplying...

All shadow work is done in a multiply layer, that looks like this! I usually use colors that will match with the bouncing lights so that the character fits in nicely with the bg. I tend to lock the layer and add different tones where needed!

another color correction, turns out multiply is a kinda wack layer mode for doing shading with https://t.co/UKpSjXL334
