There is a lot of difference from the original image due to lack of skill, but it is definitely plagiarism. Pose and composition, color arrangement, etc.

Art practice for today, I am very proud of this ref duplication! While not compositionally my most indepth i got new pens and gel pens so I actually did some line clarification and added a little color and accent! Also I appreciate the ref also didn't want to draw hands!

i have this piece that i didn't really like bcs of the composition and everything. i didn't know how to blend skin tone, even to give depth. but now i think i can give this piece some love. i tried my best. and i guess i just need to practice more ☘️

Putting this shit together was wild, I readied the BGs first with compositing filters, drew over the BGs, and saved the drawings as trans-pngs to use like animation cells.
