@VincentBecherer @DerrickMalikJo It's REALLY something I struggle with being a concept artist for so long. I love ~AMV style vibe shots~ but that's not the point of a board. It's to tell a story with shots that connect narratively.
So my weakness is narrative so I study wtf a shot says narratively a lot.
upon reassessment of the lack of sleepwear features, we decided to proceed with a more casual and comfortable concept fitting for this sleepy and clumsy maid!

lala's character design draws on fantasy-esque victorian era elements while incorporating lala's favourite symbols of good luck and decay (clover and mushroom) throughout.
the initial designs heavily focused on an elegant and mature maid concept.
