headcanon: since people speculate about the dendro archon being the smallest among the seven, I think kusanali is going to look like ai-chan from honkai impact, maybe with a darker skin tone or some other changes :D

And in honkai, there's a guy that I really loved named Su and he literally has the seed of sumeru. Cool guy I really hope his either kusanali or dendro archon 😊

The fact that people confuse him for a female also may tie to get shin chas thinking dendro archon is a female 🤔
