My last draws i did not use references to do them and i made 100% of them in my cellphone, without use my note to draw, take a photo, tracing and paint.
90% of the artist did that and that's a small thing, but i am pround of it, bcause i feel that i evolved

i wouldnt call tracing cheating either, youre just trying to step into art and if tracing helps you a long the way (like it did for me) your art can really go along way i dont trace now but it helped a lot.
