Finished Monster (2004) today. Rare to find anime written as competently as that, especially coupled with such stellar direction. As expected of a manga by Naoki Urasawa and an adaptation directed by Masayuki Kojima, but still. Easiest 9/10 I've ever given.

Watched Dead Leaves (2004) I mean what can you say about Dead Leaves? it's a weird, kinky, violent sci-fi anime that's just straight bonkers but most importantly the animation is f amazing. With no memory Retro & Pandy are sent to Dead Leaves prison can they escape alive?👍

ムービーモンスターシリーズのガイガン(2004)。以前発売されたものに比べると若干塗装が簡略化されているが、造形がとても細かいのでそこまで気にならない。昭和時代からカッコいいガイガンをここまでスタイリッシュにリメイクした韮沢さんは凄い。
