I also just noticed this, and maybe it's nothing, but the angle of the camera between these two scenes is identical--but one is between Roger and Dorothy (and RDW isn't on-screen) and the other is Roger and Angel (and they're face to face)

Something great about this episode in particular is we see Roger at first brazenly dismiss Dorothy's "humanity" and we, the audience, are meant to agree with him--just for that understanding to tossed away in the last moments of the episode
