Looking into FLCL illustrations, i popped into this one - i don't see much publicise by Keiko Shimizu.

She was in charge of the FLCL original series ED animation. She might also be known for her chara design work on the marvellous Emma: A Victorian Romance.

"Groundwork of FLCL" is really excellent. It has a ton of pages dedicated to keyframe drawings! Presented in sequence. This was an absolute treasure trove, especially during the days before wide spread anime gifs and Sakuga aggregate sites!
