I loved the architecture in Lisbon! 🇵🇹 The higgledy skyline of terracotta roofs and pastel houses. Vertigo inducing streets and criss cross cable car wires. Very irresistible for drawing! I was enjoying mixing oil pastels and pencils for this rainy day sketch.

I love the fact that the moment I realized I could use watercolors instead of color pencils, I just stopped using them ever. Like I don't know the last time I used them!

Art Tip: Toned tan sketchbooks are one of my favorite paper types. The light brown paper gives you a mid-tone that allows white ink to highlight. I usually have a brush and jar in my sketching supplies, along with standard pencils and markers.
