It took me years to develop an art style that's personally satisfying. So here's how much Yolanda had changed from 2016, 2017, 2020, and 2022.

I'll try to do an later (need to make myself a little more presentable first!). For now, look at my old ones! 🙃
I'm so small, but my art has grown alongside me! 🥰

2016, 2018, Feb 2019, and Oct 2019

My WoL went through a lot of looks before I landed on the one I still use today. This all happened in 2016, while I was figuring out who I wanted him to be

what 8+ years of practice does to a motherfucker

top 2 are from 2014 and 2016, bottom two are from 2022

2016 vs 2022

шесть лет разницы и заметный прогресс. по ощущениям я осталась в 2016, но, на самом деле, я зашла куда дальше, чем ожидала

First two were in 2016, last two were this year. Art is something that improves with time, perseverance, and effort. It is not something that a computer program can vomit out and call, “art.”

Circa-2016, I need to redraw this now that I have an actual office job 🤓

2007, 2016, 2019, 2022. Many years drawing elves, crying for not being good enough, dealing with confident issues for not thinking my job was worth any money...

But you get there! My younger self would be proud of the artist I am today! <3

Looking at my art in 2016, I think the fantasy was much better... haha...Am I getting old? ( ;∀;)

You know what have one for Natsuki as well.
2022, 2020, 2016, 2014, a bonus one at 2011 cause i couldn't find one inbetween 2016/2009, and 2009.

I love how you can really clearly see in both of these where my visual style veered *severely* off in another direction, hahah

I see a trend going about wrt looking back at your old art and i can't help myself

I love to look back and show off my progress over the years. Kasumi - 2022, 2020, 2016, 2012, 2009.

Some illustrations that I drew in 2016, inspired by Song of Ice and Fire novel.

I adapt and learn proper ways of doing things.

I wanna join in on this trend since I'm super proud of my art progress over the years-

Left is from 2016, right is a recent piece :)

2013➡️2016➡️2019➡️2022

9 years of digital art. Hard to think it's been that long. And a little hard to believe how far I've come as an artist. Admittedly I never felt I improved much since 2016, but it's definitely there!
Never stop drawing!

2004 vs 2017 vs 2022

With a long 8 years hiatus, I came back to drawing on inktober of 2016, and since then, I draw almost every single day 💪
My 15yo me will be sobbing in happy tears because I can draw what I imagine :'D (most of the time)

I haven't done Giftmas since 2016, so I thought it'd be nice to do again this year!! I'll be doing a piece of gift art everyday for 12 days, highlighting certain artists/friends that have inspired me :)
Day
WOC is fantastic and you've inspired me for years <3
