First two were in 2016, last two were this year. Art is something that improves with time, perseverance, and effort. It is not something that a computer program can vomit out and call, “art.” #SkillNotTalent
You know what have one for Natsuki as well.
2022, 2020, 2016, 2014, a bonus one at 2011 cause i couldn't find one inbetween 2016/2009, and 2009.
I love how you can really clearly see in both of these where my visual style veered *severely* off in another direction, hahah
I see a trend going about wrt looking back at your old art and i can't help myself
I love to look back and show off my progress over the years. Kasumi - 2022, 2020, 2016, 2012, 2009.
Some illustrations that I drew in 2016, inspired by Song of Ice and Fire novel.
I adapt and learn proper ways of doing things.

I wanna join in on this #SkillNotTalent trend since I'm super proud of my art progress over the years-
Left is from 2016, right is a recent piece :)
2013➡️2016➡️2019➡️2022
9 years of digital art. Hard to think it's been that long. And a little hard to believe how far I've come as an artist. Admittedly I never felt I improved much since 2016, but it's definitely there!
Never stop drawing!

2004 vs 2017 vs 2022
#SkillNotTalent
With a long 8 years hiatus, I came back to drawing on inktober of 2016, and since then, I draw almost every single day 💪
My 15yo me will be sobbing in happy tears because I can draw what I imagine :'D (most of the time)
And sometimes I do it, then re do it, then re do, because the execution wasn't right the first time... It didn't happen in one time
Example, my space witch, first from 2016, the second in 2019 and the last in 2021. Maybe there'll be a fourth, who knows? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
QRT with the first art you've drawn of an OC & with the most recent ❤️🔥
This lil menace has been with me since 2016, and I only changed her look this month 🤪

@katherinelamart honestly, peeps need to accept that it's ok to be bad at something, that's how you get good; first 2 are my digital and traditional skills in 2016, last 2 are most recent art. I just use a cheap stylus and my phone for digital, basic felt tips and pens for traditional
Reminder Reaper has canonically had family since 2016, and it's gotten about as much focus as most characters' personal lives.
@JonAston They’re not my only source of practice. I only just noticed the improvement while I was going thru my Facebook profile images in search of something entirely different. I practice with my character Atheris, too: 2012, 2016, 2019, 2020

Day 8 - Mermaid design I did for the cdc from 2016, although I didn't design anything creative here xD
I Become a Gedoh-Man by Shinji Hiramatsu (2016, Shueisha)
Hiramatsu's autobio about his time as artist for Doberman Cop during the 70s, which he co-created with writer Buronson (prior to Fist of the North Star).
