Walker was fine doing whatever the government asked him to do, even it it was tracking down and beating up mutants who just wanted to be left alone. Battlestar had reservations about all of this, but knew he was replaceable and didn't always voice his objections.

No spoilers, but going into the new episode of some cool trivia is that "Battlestar" is from the comics, and that he had an Adamantium version of Caps original triangular shield! I don't think they'll do that in the show, but it would be cool if they did!
