My style is more anime than cartoon but it's definitely more cartoonish than most anime styles imo and I think I'm good with body language and exaggerated expressions! I believe I have the range.

I also work FAST (at least my commissioners tell me so)

incidentally, I intentionally used one of those short step cycles mentioned on pg 1 in the IRC OP (the mentioned “think walk” case). Vertical movement was indeed kept to a minimum, although maybe even this was too much. There’s a narrow gap between cartoonish and robotic.
