We have some Vi changes in the upcoming patch that should improve Q and R consistency.

A couple highlights:
-You can reliably flash on people during Q dash
-R connects with the target at the exact moment they're in range to be hit (used to check range every .25s)

One of the mandates I hear get talked about a lot for the IDW comics is that Sonic doesn't actively seek out Eggman, he goes to him AFTER he starts causing trouble, and this philosophy is clearly how that makes sense in terms of internal consistency.

hell, i'd even say the "meta era" (ewww i hate that term) has better design consistency. sure, they may have been more underwhelming or lacklustre in terms of writing, but at least it looks like it came from the same series somewhat, y'know?
