The source is apparently this panel but it seems more like a mistake on Fujimoto's end
But then again, octopi have 8 tentacles so I wouldn't be surprised if it's related to that

4. Goodbye, Eri

Well this should come as no surprise. Fujimoto once again blew me away with his oneshot, leaving me with questions on the way we as humans choose how we remember others and through what lens we view our memories through. A masterpiece that EVERYONE should read.
