Lots of extras this time. & I had a hard time figuring out what color Mitama's hakama should be, but eventually red won out as the official color.

The flowers seen in this piece are plum blossoms & the birds are called the Warbling White Eye, aka the Herald of Spring.

I like to think I’ve figured out what to simplify in her design so it’s more Iconique… I wanted her to have the taishou era vibes so I decided on the hakama early on but it took a while to work out colours/details 😅 anyways here’s more old miss aiori sketches from 2018-19 ish

Here’s a fun little deviation, my take of NY Iris from X Dive, I changed her Hakama to the trouser version, i like it better. Also made 4 color variants, a simplified version, Wandering Shrine Maiden from Nioh 2, one based on an oc of mine, fourth is completely original

My question is : is this fabric part of her hakama? Or is it part of her shirt? In other words, is Mokou actually wearing a super long shirt instead of a regular oversized shirt?

Mokou wears very oversized clothing. Her shirt is extremely baggy, and she alse needs suspenders to hold up her hakama. A closer inspection of her ankles show that she has fabric that is of the same colour of her shirt sticking out from her hakama.

Sebelumnya kukasih nama "Mizuki" tp krn akunya plan-plin jdnya make nama ini deh.

Kanji Kyoko diambil dari '鏡' yang artinya cermin dan '子' artinya 'anak'.

Dia pake yukata n hakama khusus kyudo utk sehari-hari, dia bisa panahan/kyudo.
