An Italian website states that Alita: Battle Angel will premiere on Disney+ Star in Italy on 7/9/21. So far, Alita premieres on Star in Ireland, UK & Germany on 7/2 and in Italy on 7/9. Alita is probably premiering on Disney+ Star in more countries in July.
