I forgot to finish Jso's IDCSP parts to include in the 1.6 update. It will be corrected in the 1.6.2 hotfix. Here's the IDCSP satellite for now, the truss (which Jso made modular in a really interesting way) still needs to get done.

Hydrogen-Oxygen Second Stage - a late 60s proposal for increasing the payload of Delta M using an RL10 and cut down Thor tankage. Using an AJ10-118F because I didn't have a textured RL10 handy.
