The last and youngest of the mermaid princesses, Seira of the Indian Ocean. Wanted to go for a goddess-esc look for her. I loved Seira’s songs and thought she was such a fun addition because we got to learn more about mermaid princesses during her arc.

Ah Coco, I was obsessed with her when I was younger. I think I just loved her bangs and the color yellow lol. I wanted to call back to her turtleneck in her idol form and I basically took her gloves flipped them upside down and turned them into sleeves.
