Just put the PSP remakes of P1/IS/EP, but with HQ art, cutscenes, option to switch to PSX OSTs and restored content (correct difficulty, Quest Maker & Anna's smoking scene for IS PSP)

Also, keep Soejima out of P1, P2 IS and P2 EP. Let Doi do the artwork
