I did some art therapy today after my first good night's sleep in two weeks. :-) It's inspired by repeated visions and ideations I was locked into within a semi-sleep paralysis during my recent emergency hospitalization.

I made this in like 10 minutes for my stream, totally broke my art paralysis bc it was something just for 'me'. And now I'm working on comms like its no problem.
