I went through burnout. I added another career into the mix.
And I love this story that I wrote a little bit at a time. Slow & steady works. Just call me the tortoise.

WHOOPS SORRY BEEN BUSY but here's CAPTAIN SHUNKS, the pirate! Even near the beginning, I wanted pirates to have a big presence. I wanted a pirate captain main villain in the series. He would go through a few revisions, but ultimately keeled his last haul.
I remember I was really proud of this design for some reason. It had several revisions, all with different names.

Revisions have been slowly being picked away at as usual but it absolutely amazes me on pages like this just how much I’ve improved since year one. This page always bothered me so I’m putting a lil extra effort into getting the energy right.
Fixed my drawing of Yor from July. I must have redrawn her face from scratch like 5 times, with over 10 revisions. Also tweaked some things here and there. Compare to the old one for fun!

@FreyaAmari I'm not yet open but as an artist I always prioritize accuracy and client's satisfaction with my drawings.
For fellow artists, don't frown if your client asks for revisions such as skin tone because it's the most important part of the character's design.
