The tagline for Monochrome Mobius, "It's the story that brings an RPG to life," reminds me a bit of how Falcom marketed Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch back in the 90s, classifying the game as a "Poetic RPG" and always playing up the quality of its storytelling.

I finally caught up with Genndy Tartakovsky's It's a masterclass of storytelling. Think of the last animation you saw & loved and triple it. The prehistoric setting is rich with potential, the drawings are beautifully raw, and the stories are heartbreaking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I dunno. I see it as true, but not "literal".
i.e. the "seven days" God created Earth. I think it happened over billions of years like science says, but that the person who wrote Genesis was telling a story & used seven as 3,5 & 7 etc. are common in storytelling.
