I really liked the writing in TLJ comic adaptation. Here you can see Hux's reaction to Luke still being alive after the walkers fired on him. And Kylo respond to Hux's comment.

I have defended TFA up until now. But for people who worked on TROS to criticize TLJ as retconning their story, etc. is too much

I'm beginning to agree with others that SW doesn't want women in fandom and that TLJ was too good for SW. It was Lawrence Kasdan who made TFA good.

SWA is out. Rey's bit: Super enjoyable, self-contained story. Plays to what Rey has learned in her past, applying it moving forward. Poe's concern about being a leader post TLJ has some development. Nice link to TCW too.
