Stylish suits in this one. Familiar yet different designs, placeholders for GMs and Zakus fighting alongside and against each one another, Vultures are use whatever they can lay their hands on.
The 9900 itself looks very F90-ish to me, gundam torso, clean silhouette, white limbs.
