In honor of #GameOfThrones today, here’s that time in 2013 I painted characters for The World of Ice & Fire: The Untold History of Westeros and The Game of Thrones. They are Nymeria & Mors Martell, Viserys I and of course, my fave, Rhaegar Targaryen!

...i read her wedding chapter... I'm going to just beat up Viserys and all the nasties and take her back home, ok?! my one comfort is that she becomes a powerful khaleesi who wrecks slave-owners with her dragons but gods. that chapter hurt in all sorts of ways.
