I've been observing "AI Comic" these 2 years and hearing technobroes or normies talk, "You gotta use AI or you'll be left behind,". Fine, "my own Assistant", right? Why not. Making my comic job "easier", supposedly.

2 years and it still doesn't work. It's a visual disaster.

just doodling. I've usually not felt great about using pencil brushes for lineart since i didn't like the visual/texture of it, but I also didn't feel right using pen brushes since it felt like I had to be too perfect. But I think I'm gonna keep playing with this brush for a bit.

The album is more recent, but I drew this way back in 2021 for Amalee. The request was to make it visually striking so I went with thick lines and bold colours.

the cold palette in the comic creates a very nice visual identity for the fight as well as it fitting the tone of the story at the time, if you’re not gonna follow it you could at least move away from the basic default shadows lol
