I’ve noticed a slowdown in my page time, but didn’t realize why until the other day. I haven’t been utilizing my My speed comes from constantly working on what my mind wants to do. Lately I’ve been bogged down on 1 page until it’s done just to move the page count.

Painting birds in oil paint is very challenging. Feathers are often erratically arranged when you catch them on the hop, and it’s just so tempting to get bogged down in their subtle details leaving the paint overly laboured and lacking spontaneity.
