So I had my annual LOTR rewatch and instead of my usual sketching I did a massive portrait study with the zorn palette! 90% of this was painted using only the round mixing brush.

I love the textured brush. Going to use it a lot more. Characters are from a game I finished last month called Plague Tale: Innocence. I loved the sibling bond that grew between Amicia and her little brother.

Not very confident in drawing this kind of head angle but I think it came out quite alright =w=
Also, don't know if it's noticeable but I used a different brush. I don't think I'll do a full switch to it but I might use it every now and then.
