@Vikachan6 Other character releases does not always have to be from a specific region, usually most are released if it contrasts to fit in the story. Childe is from Snezhnaya, Thoma is from Mondstadt, Shenhe was released when Enkanomiya was dropped along with Yunjin,they're from liyue. 👻❤
