The Curse of Monkey Island demo is a good tool to see how the game looked during development.
As an example, the MI logo started as yellow and LeChuck’s skin was lighter with blue eyes. His teeth and wrinkles were also smoothed in the final game.

@TenaciousEth Looking good for a tech demo, it's probably a couple of years away, but I'd prefer it that way Better its released in a good state instead of rushed. I've been involved in rushed developments and it never goes well 😅
