For me, it was the backstory of the Kaiba brothers and having a duel between Gozaburo vs. Seto.
Using an undead Exodia (as a dead person stored in a computer) and having Kaiba defeat it (destroying his trauma from childhood and his defeat against Atem) is SO flavourful!
