Did some color tests with some uncolored pictures to see how quickly I can just color with SAI 2's markers instead of flatting and coloring normally and honestly I prefer coloring with the markers

(Ocs) i dont have it in me to communicate full ideas. Heres my boy, im playing with my flatting tool and gradient maps

Flatting complete!
I might be able to hurry and do some shading tonight.
Of course I made things difficult for myself with sunset and moonlight and water and ashes and mist and stuff when I'm not using gradients. 😕
Doing some flatting tests. Honestly, as much as I like CSP's customization, I find freehanding it with shortkeys in Sai takes about the same amount of time.
Is anyone an expert on binary-flatting and trapping lines? Do you even have to do this anymore, given modern printing?
An old commission of puppies I did a few months ago that came out great! Today is a day of redraws/edits, color flatting, sketchbook entries, and reading The Drifting Classroom Complete Vol. 2. Be safe, be well. #Covid_19
I can do painting, illustration or concept art, very good at making monsters, and I have experience doing full art for comics (the whole process including lettering! I'm also interested in doing flatting work)
Started the Flatting Process because I can fucking SEE
Clip Studio Paint users! Did you know that if you use the subview for color palettes, there's a button you can press that'll automatically change the tool to an eyedropper whenever you mouse over the window? So you don't have to keep swapping tools when flatting??
Cuz I DIDN'T!!

@IDW_David_M Hey there! I'd love to make a cover or be involved in production for a Sonic book, like inking or even just flatting. Last piece by @azookara with inks/colors by me.
I can be contacted through e-mail at arundraws[at]https://t.co/dxESKySVEJ

Apparently I'm a sloppy inker so I couldn't use the "fill to vector line feature" in CSP w/o additional work. My PS pass is cleaner and took half as long.
CSP flatting is very good for loose styles with unclosed lines! I'll stick with PS for my work~
