I am trying to picture a generalization of the modular group, in which integers are replaced by Gaussian integers. (a + ib). At the vertices on the sphere you get all Gaussian rationals (a+ib)/(c+id).

Tried some new doodle techniques from youtube that seemed to actually work and got DAMN they actually do look good.

Left one was adding just a tad of gaussian blur to the lineart, the right was adding something called "the terminator" to shading with that little red shading bits

I got a few compliments on my line art, so here's a super easy "Shiri Style" tutorial
1. Base line art
2. Make an entire layer to thicken lines + add depth
3. Duplicate both layers and just gaussian blur them for a lil spice
4. Paint bucket some colors on that handsome dragon.

the shading looks a bit solid in my opinion.
One way is use to avoid this problem is by using multiple colors for shading so it looks a bit smoother :))).
Both examples are set to 16% Gaussian blur
