It amuses me that in Darkstalkers, one of the most evil people in the cast is a murderous girl with a red riding hood aesthetic. No powers, just tactics & ruthlessness. She literally was scouted by Jedah because her soul is so dark that he assumed she's a monster.

Jedah from Darkstalkers is easily one of the coolest villains ever made and has one of the most unique movesets of any fighter in a fighting game. Attacks with blood, rips himself apart to attack and tortures fighters in grotesque ways. His home stage is also very disturbing lol
