Rhea Jinks came into the story just for exposition and to torment the main characters and push some plot development. There are so many other players to develop that I was less worried about her characterization or motivations, but she has taken on a life of her own anyway.
Honestly I could ramble about his family for hours, I adore them all. They're all fairly fleshed out, from uncles to cousins to grandparents and distant relations.
For example, this fella Bliss is a second cousin!
