I vote for Tezuka. Can't go wrong with that classic manga/anime style that gave us some really cute furries from the 60s and 70s, including Bokko from Wonder 3, the Jungle Emperor lions, and even Baghi, along with the little Bible fox Roko.❤️

Those that dont know what part-color (bichrome) is, it's originally a cheap color printing method common with Japanese manga/media that would be in orange, white and black ink that'd basically act as a alternate 'colored' art. My only exposure has been WSJ but here's examples
