++Also, the message Osiris gives Anubis here is the opposite of what Nephthys' earlier one; Osiris' promotes autonomy and acknowledgement of pain. To Anubis, this just makes Osiris seem even kinder -he UNDERSTANDS Anubis' pain, and even lets him openly resent Seth for it.++

Nephthys definitely didn't help him enough and kept him in the dark for so long. What's worse is that she admits during Seth's trials that she locked herself in the cage, and that she could get out at anytime, but she didn't even TRY to help Anubis here.

HOWEVER, another thing is: in ch19, Nephthys also insists that she's been "suffering", but later in ch69 she admits that Seth never hurt her? So what exactly is she talking about? She tries so hard to reduce Seth's sentencing later on, so what's the sense in claiming victim here?
