To piggyback on that note, Marvel made X-Men just as ego-stroking and pointless as celebrities IRL with their Gala. It's hero/villain synthesis, where you can't even tell the difference. The overarching story, striving for coexistence is over. The rest is just postmortem spasms.

If we get to revisit the map of Hyrule in BOTW 2, I really hope there’s a main quest event in Lurelin Village. It just felt isolated and tbh pointless in the first game because nothing major happened there. I want the village to be included in BOTW 2’s story somehow!
