Solomon Kane is from Devonshire, England. The Baskervilles of Baskerville Hall have been in Devonshire for centuries. The Puritan slayer of evil, a foggy moor, a deadly mire, and a monstrous phantom hound? This REH/ACD crossover practically writes itself!

The AoC minis lacked the flavor and tone of the Hyborian setting. It was bland YA fantasy with too many modern colloquialisms and vernacular. The characters didn’t match the setting. Dark Agnes is from 16th century France. Get a feel for REH’s language and write her in context.

@Last_Atlanteans They adapted and “completed” REH’s story fragments “The Castle of the Devil” and “Death’s Black Riders” as well as an adaptation of “Red Shadows.”
Version 015: “Glénat Conan”-
French Conan comics (published by Ablaze in English) and directly adapted from REH Conan stories in the public domain.
Despite being a big fan of Conan and REH, I’m a bit embarrassed to say that I’ve read very little Lovecraft. I just never seem to get around to him. I may be totally wrong, but he seems more of a concept than character guy. Who are his best known characters (not Cthulhu types)?
