Aw =] I'm glad! Yeah, for Hatzel, my thinking was: gryphon, but also saber-toothed tiger.

Smatterbrain also drew a version that was smilodon+terror bird for me, but I love wings too much to go in that direction.

The Monster Sanctuary design contest ends in a few days, and I'm unsure whether I should submit a design or not 😅.

I whipped up this rough concept of a smilodon + rhino + rock creature. Kind of like it, but if I stick with it I'd maybe add more rhino-like proportions.
