Gejhi 2.0 has been officially started. Went throw the tedious task of optimizing all the old sprites to the new palettes so that I can update things in chunks and still have him look okay.

Sprite scaling effect to make them look the same size.

I understand the feeling. It's frustrating cause you just want the end product, so the process of making it seems extra tedious. Take it by accomplishments though. Rather than looking ahead at all the things left to do, look back and realize "ayo I got the eyes done! Hell yes" 💕

I love that The Breaker is getting new chapters with Eternal Force, but I just can't help but feel like the old B&W artstyle was so much better even though I know it's also a lot more tedious.

It's the artstyle that drew me to the manwha in the first place.

Texture is a hand-painted normal map. This is the most important one, that allows light to reflect on the sprite.
Making a normal map by hand is tedious and the result lacks precision. But it works for what I'm trying to achieve!
