I've spent years planning out a story. Couldn't decide what format I really wanted but I liked the idea of a comic or a graphic novel. Been thumbnailing the first few pages recently. No promises on a near future release but I really like this! It's fun! Here's a proposed page 3!

My usual process with illustrations is coming up with an idea, search for references to help visualise that idea better (if it's something complex), thumbnailing and then making the illustration.

With this illustration my brain just went "haha clouds go brrr" and...I did this.

it's interesting how i brainstorm animatics now, like back then i used to thumbnail certain scenes and just wing the rest. now im actually thumbnailing the whole thing which is suppose to be better 😗
