I started playing a visual novel and to be honest, editing photos to use as scenarios for VNs is so much fun then drawing.
I don't think I'll try to do a VN since I suck at writing romance, but I can't deny I have a concept for one using Renpy since it's free to use and publish.

Influential work in the world of VNs, whose main appeal to me was the atmosphere and how it showcased the MC's psychological state. Still, the characterization for most of the cast was lackluster, the romances were rather mediocre and the plot was bare.

Great base story: a twist on the social game "werewolf". MC is insufferable as all hell though, & much like many horror VNs, suffers from 3rd act syndrome. I have many a critique on it, but I enjoyed it and most of the characters/world.
