If you like magic, extensive worldbuilding, and beautiful artwork, I really recommend Witch Hat Atelier. There are 7 volumes so far and it's one of the best manga I've read in awhile!

Manitoba is a place where a lot of Irish settlers showed up which means that if you're doing fantasy worldbuilding, just steal some place names, like GIMLI
Fun fact, I used to run a worldbuilding, "taur" based RP group. Poured a ton of love into it but it eventually fizzled out.
