I honestly think a lot of this can & should be applied to GMing for ANY game, not just Avatar Legends.

A lot of valuable lessons here about keeping a story interesting, engaging your players + letting their PCs shine, as well as just making sure the game is FUN for everyone!

I'm at the point in comic books that color isn't important unless it's visually interesting, and or integral to the story. Color for colors sake isn't going to cut it, then pretty much ever color comic is a paint by numbers coloring book deal just with added highlights/flare.
