one of these things is not like the other

I tend to just pick up whatever looks fun/engaging to me! But I think these four encompass the aspects that usually tend to draw me in, in some way, shape, or form https://t.co/d4HgaLATNT

Hyallo, I'm Anne! 🙋‍♀️ I'm very proud of this piece because I did a lot of things well - creating a distinctive face shape, texturing and coloring hair, lineart, the weight and feel of the clothes and bag, and the hands too ofc. It's my current favorite! https://t.co/1I4aCNhih0

In celebration of heres a WIP DN mystery machine! Super satisfied with the main body shape, can’t wait to finish and deck it out with all its groovy details!

Over the years I've been heading towards a more retro look. Always wrestling with shape, drawing, texture and making things inevitably too rough

Malakai cares a lot about keeping his body in top shape, but his guilty pleasure is a good milkshake! Especially after a long night of guest DJing. His favorite is oreo, but sometimes he'll go a spiked option too!🌋

Do you have a favorite milkshake?💘

Did some further exploration of my planty woman/creature, with more focus on shape, detail level & values (thanks to ace feedback!)
Also thanks again for an essay =D
Feeling better about her now & painting colour ideas!

The Sea Bolf. This bear like creature has, over the years, adapted to a semi aquatic life style. The Bolfs blue fur helps too blend and distort it's shape, making it difficult to be spotted by prey.

Congrats on 3.3k!! O: That's huge!

Hi, I'm painting dragons lately! Especially sea/space dragons bc I love painting the ocean and galaxies!
I like to mix lineart and painting usually, to get a clear-cut shape, then have painted details o:

So, while digging through my storage unit I come across these from my time as a board artist On Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends/ The Hulk at Marvel Prods. Not the greatest of shape, but... Enjoy!

Spent all day working on my art style for my character Flora. I think I'm finally getting somewhere I like with the story book aesthetic and body shape, so I'm pretty pleased with this. Hopefully others enjoy it as well. Hopefully soon I'll have an actual reference for her.

S for Stays.
‘Stays’ is the term used for the boned laced bodices worn from the late 16th to late 18th-century.
A symbol of womanly virtue, stays turned the torso into a stiff cone shape, supporting the bust and providing a solid base for draping garments.

My art of my selkie's seal shape, jester from critical role with bees, wholesome Squirtle meme and my two cats when they discovered bugs outside the window. 💜

Just recently started following and his character Heckler has an /extremely/ good shape, so I had to give drawing him a go!

Here he is sitting on a chai- well, er, what /used/ to be a chair...

Here's another good solution to the age old question of how to make animal ears work on a human head. Best girl Nei from Phantasy Star! The particular shape, length and proportion of her ears was so masterful! They aren't literal animal ears, but they evoke the right feeling!
